Добрый день, уважаемые коллеги. Начну с достаточно банальной вещи. Хотя вещь не очень приятная, но постараюсь дать решение. Все чаще и чаще коммерческие банки блокируют индивидуальным предпринимателям, физическим лицам, юридическим лицам карточки, расчетные счета…. Что только не блокируют, и все это, конечно же, в целях противодействия финансированию терроризма и отмыванию доходов, полученных преступных путем. В каких-то случаях блокировки счетов происходят, безусловно, правомерно. Я имею в виду, когда «бизнесмены» (не реальный бизнесмен, а «бизнесмен», занимающийся обналичкой) на каждом шагу кэшат деньги. Конечно, в таких ситуациях коммерческие банки поступают правомерно. Но все чаще и чаще я сталкиваюсь с тем, что эти блокировки происходят по какому-то совершенно странному стечению обстоятельств, чьему-то непонятному велению.
